The best and tastiest ice cream I've ever tasted. A must on warm days.

The ice here is unbeatable ... The all around could be a bit more comfortable ... has a bit of mass processing. Only open from spring to autumn ... so from O to O. In winter there is a break.

For us the best ice cream on earth. Could go there every day :-)

The ice was an absolute disaster! We went there on the recommendation of others, which apparently was a joke ... We had a “strawberry mug” and once “hot raspberries” which you can't really call it when there are only 3 berries on it! I even feel a little queasy in my stomach after eating the ice cream ... Then also the seating options and all that plastic stuff just sucks! We would not recommend it and will never come back !!! If it would work I would even give zero instead of a star !! ?

Well ....... one type of ice cream .... the rest is created with sauces ...... you have to be a fan .... We had the worst experience with a piece of cheesecake .... bought it wholesalers and didn't even bake it ...... it was more and more in the mouth ...... Eiscafe Venezia Döbeln is in a different league ... .... But decide for yourself ......

The best ice cream far and wide, I also accept a few km for that.

If you're lucky, you don't have to queue for long. The parking lot is right across the street. Everything clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly even at peak times. And the ice cream ... sooooo delicious ...

Eula is an institution and not just an iced coffee. If you haven't been here, you've been nowhere in your life.

With the best will in the world, I cannot understand the bizarre cult of standing in line at an ice cream parlor that is obviously out of date and only offers one type: vanilla ice cream - with different sauces. For the ultimately quite small cups, I found the price excessive. In addition, plastic cups are really not the best choice in 2020, "Ostkult" or not. Conclusion: it really doesn't have to be again.

Visited many times and recently disappointed again. The ice cream was not very tasty and the sauces were just cheap. Anyone who still knows this from Eastern times will be completely disappointed. But the operator doesn't seem to care. First make the ice cream more expensive (+ 50 cents for the car cup) and then save on the ingredients.

As always, it was very nice, quick service, fair price and all hygienic requirements met!

I've been a fan of this delicious ice cream since my youth. We drove with mopeds in GDR times and my personal record is 14 scoops of ice. Today I am coming from Switzerland and like to be a guest and loyal fan.

It is the long-standing tradition of Eis Grafe that draws people here like pilgrims. I've been here 26 years ago and now so many years later it's nice to see it's still there, but it's already mass processing. It tastes no question, although it is very quickly "liquid", but friendly is also different.
